    3. Engagement Principles

All engagements are governed by the following principles:

    Defined Scope:

Each engagement begins with confirmation of the agreed scope, deliverables, and commercial terms.

    Commencement of Work:

Work begins upon receipt of confirmed payment and required client inputs.

    Professional Discretion:

Keystone reserves the right to decline or discontinue engagements that fall outside its advisory remit, professional standards, or operational capacity.

    5. Commercial Terms

Engagement fees are payable in advance or according to mutually agreed installment structures.

All fees are non-transferable and non-assignable.

Services will not commence until payment conditions have been satisfied in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.

    6. Delivery and Acceptance

Deliverables are considered formally delivered upon transmission through the Keystone Talent Advisory Network or designated delivery channel.

The Client agrees to review deliverables within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

Unless a written revision request is submitted within this period, deliverables may be considered accepted.

Completion of the engagement constitutes fulfillment of Keystone Talent Advisory's contractual delivery obligations.

Revisions are intended to refine and enhance agreed deliverables.

Requests outside the original scope, including significant changes in career direction, target role, industry focus, or newly introduced information, may require additional fees or a revised engagement agreement.
